Ingredients:
- Basil
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Olive oil
- Mustard
Special tools:
- Blender or food processor
Steps:
- Wash and dry the basil.
- Place it in the blender with a small amount of apple cider vinegar and enough olive oil for it to blend thoughly. Blend until all the basil leaves are chopped up.
- Add in a small amount of mustard and sugar.
- Blend again until combined.
- Give it a taste to see if it needs any salt or more oil or mustard.
- Once you have changed it to your liking, pour it into a glass jar and seal it to store in the refrigerator.
