- Sweet potato
- Spices or herbs of choice
425 f for 20 – 25 minutes
- Veggie peeler
- Baking sheet pan
- Peel and wash your sweet potato.
- Cut into 1/4 inch slices about 3 – 4 inches long.
- Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
- Add spices and herbs of choice.
- Toss around until all slices are covered with oil.
- Bake at 425 f for 20 – 25 minutes or until desired crispness.
