Sweet Potato Fries (GF, V)


  • Sweet potato
  • Oil
  • Spices or herbs of choice


  1. Peel and wash your sweet potato.
  2. Cut into 1/4 inch slices about 3 – 4 inches long.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
  4. Add spices and herbs of choice.
  5. Toss around until all slices are covered with oil.
  6. Bake at 425 f for 20 – 25 minutes or until desired crispness.
